Shipping Policy

Shipping is calculated based upon USPS rates depending upon standard mail or priority mail option. Shipping cost will calculate on your order total before your transaction is complete.

Return Policy Retail Stores - Receipt Required

Liquids: No refunds or returns on liquids sold in person at GC Vapors retail stores

Batteries & Tanks: If products are found to be defective within 30 days of purchase the product will be replaced with the same or comparable product if it cannot be repaired.

Coils: Coils may be exchanged if found defective within 24 hours of purchase

Other: All other items found to be defective can be exchanged for the same or comparable product within 30 days if found to be a manufacturers defect. Refunds and exchanges for customer damaged products, normal wear and tear or simply because customer "changed their mind" will not be permitted.  

 

Return Policy GC Vapors.Com - Must be purchased through a registered account at GCVapors.com

Return Shipping: Customer will pay to return defective electronic cigarette items and a credit equal to the amount of postage will be credited to the customer's GCVapors.Com account

Liquids: Liquid will be exchanged if there is an error in the flavor received vs flavor ordered or if flavor is absent. Liquids that are incorrect due to order entry error by the customer will not be exchanged.

Batteries & Tanks: If products are found to be defective within 30 days of receipt the product will be replaced with the same or comparable product.

Coils: Coils may be exchanged if found defective within 24 hours of receipt. GCVapors must be notified of the defect prior to the 24 hour deadline via email or phone.

Other: All other items found to be defective can be exchanged for the same or comparable product if returned within 30 days and found to be a manufacturers defect.  Refunds and exchanges for customer damaged products, normal wear and tear or simply because customer "changed their mind" will not be permitted.

Privacy Policy

GC Vapors does not share customer information with 3rd parties except to our payment gateway suppliers so we can receive payment and to our shipping gateway so we can ship products.

Terms of Service and Non-Discrimination Policy

GC Vapors, LLC complies with all business law established by the state of Mississippi, Harrison County and the cities of D'Iberville and Gulfport. We reserve our right to refuse service to anyone.

GC Vapors does not tolerate discrimination by its employees when they are serving customers based on race, national origin, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability (physical or mental), age(18+), status as a parent, or genetic information.
