Electronic Cigarettes and Accessories Returns Policy: 

Return Policy Retail Stores - Receipt Required

Liquids: No refunds or returns on liquids sold in person at GC Vapors retail stores

Batteries & Tanks: If products are found to be defective within 30 days of purchase the product will be replaced with the same or comparable product if it cannot be repaired. 

Coils: Coils may be exchanged if found defective within 24 hours of purchase 

Other: All other items found to be defective can be exchanged for the same or comparable product within 30 days if found to be a manufacturers defect. Refunds and exchanges for customer damaged products, normal wear and tear or simply because customer "changed their mind" will not be permitted.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply contact us and we will start the approval process. 

Return Shipping: Customer will pay return shipping costs for defective electronic cigarette items, and then a credit equal to the amount of postage shown on the package will be credited to the customer's online gcvapors.com account.  NOTE: Shipping charges will only be credited if the return was due to our error. 

Liquids: Liquid will be exchanged if there is an error in the flavor received vs flavor ordered or if flavor is absent. Liquids that are incorrect due to order entry error by the customer will not be exchanged. 

Batteries & Tanks: If products are found to be defective within 30 days of receipt the product will be replaced with the same or comparable product. 

Coils: Coils may be exchanged if found defective within 24 hours of receipt. GCVapors must be notified of the defect prior to the 24 hour deadline via email or phone.

Other: All other items found to be defective can be exchanged for the same or comparable product if returned within 30 days and found to be a manufacturers defect.  Refunds and exchanges for customer damaged products, normal wear and tear or simply because customer "changed their mind" will not be permitted.

Shipping Restrictions:

ARKANSAS CUSTOMERS:  Recently, your state passed ACT 1235.  Because of this new law, we cannot ship ANY e-liquid products into Arkansas.  This includes zero nicotine e-liquids.  All other products (hardware) are allowed.  If your order contains e-liquid, we will remove it without warning, issue a refund accordingly and ship any allowed items as normal.

UTAH CUSTOMERS:  Recent changes in your state laws prohibit us from shipping vapor products to your state.

INDIANA CUSTOMERS:  Recent changes in your state laws prohibit us from shipping e-liquid to your state.

Also, it is very important that your first and last name match USPS records.  Due to USPS policy, they will not deliver packages that do not match their records.  If your package is returned to us for this reason, you will need to resolve the issue with USPS and then pay for reshipping.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS MATCHES THE ADDRESS THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD/BANK STATEMENT IS MAILED TO.  WE ACTIVELY MONITOR ORDERS FOR FRAUD!  IF YOUR ORDER INFORMATION TRIGGERS OUR FRAUD RULES, OR IS A HIGH VALUE, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL FOR VERIFICATION.  NON-MATCHING BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES ARE ONE OF OUR TRIGGERS.  ORDERS HELD FOR VERIFICATION ARE NOT SUBJECT TO OUR 24-48 HOUR SHIPPING GUARANTEE.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PHONE NUMBER YOU GIVE US IS A DAYTIME CONTACT PHONE NUMBER.  IF THE NUMBER WE CALL IS DISCONNECTED OR INVALID, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
